RDT - Germany offers his customers remote-support. The only thing you need is the guestmodule of the PC Visit Software. Here you can access the direct download installer of version 8 from the homepage of pcvisit Software AG:

And this is how easy it works!

• 1. Guestmodule

Your guestmodule is being provided from your sessionpartner or you can download it from www.startgast.de. If you don't want to install it on your pc you only have to open it.

• 2. Doubleclick desktop icon

 by doubleclicking on the desktop icon "guest" you activate the module.

• 3. Windows dialog opens-up

From your session partner you receive an eight digit number which you have to put in your windows dialog.

• 4. Click on START
